Bruce R. Redman

Bruce Redman Bruce R. Redman is a partner in the law firm of Redman Law Firm, P.C.. He specializes in real property litigation including title related litigation, adverse possession, construction liens, mortgage lien priority disputes and other real property disputes at both the trial and appellate court levels. He has also assisted major consumer lenders and mortgage servicers with foreclosure and bankruptcy services. Bruce frequently speaks on real property issues including recent seminars on “Title Insurance Issues in Foreclosures” and “Mortgage and Appraiser Fraud.” Bruce also has experience with representation of creditors in bankruptcy matters, construction lien disputes, mediation and arbitration.

Bruce received his Juris Doctor in 1992 from Wayne State University Law School. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1986 from the University of Michigan. Bruce is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Real Property and Litigation Sections, the Oakland County Bar Association and the Michigan Land Title Association.

In 2007, Bruce was appointed as a Special Assistant Attorney General to handle construction lien matters involving the Homeowner’s Construction Lien Recovery Fund.
